Free Valentine cards [Wenatchee graphic design]

Thought I'd share. I needed a set of Valentines cards for my kids to give out that weren't, you know, stupid. Or didn't imply anything that they didn't want to imply (Indy: "MOM, gross, I can't say 'be my valentine' to everyone in class! There are boys too, ugh!") These are not-too-frilly, not-too-lovey so I think they'll work.

Sized 11"x8.5" they should print in most standard color printers. They're 4-up, so print on something a bit heavier than plain paper, cut in half horizontally and half again vertically and you have 4 less valentines to buy. Works as is or will fit perfectly in your standard No. 5-1/2 invitation envelope. The original can be downloaded from my Flickr site, HERE. I also have a some other designs from past years over there: here (girls) and here (boys).

52 things. A photography book of wisdom.

Not that I am particularly wise, but for 2010 I started a personal project where I married a photo and a piece of advice I wanted to pass onto my daughters, but don't often get around to saying. 52 things that are important enough to me to put in book form and have printed for each of them. I uploaded it to a self-publishing bookmaking site and had it made into a big 13x11 book to lend equal heft and weight to the words and images. (And, yes, I skipped ahead and finished a bit early because I needed time to get it here for Christmas.)

Holiday cards [Wenatchee photography + design]

The professional lab I use for processing has a fantastic new line of die-cut cards that would be wonderful for holiday cards, senior graduation invites or birth announcements. The look would be a custom design by me, I create each look just for you and don't re-use them between clients. The sample below shows the shapes and sizes available (using their purchased designs.) There is a minimum order of 25 (all the same style). Pricing for 25, which includes the custom design, cards, envelopes and shipping, is $45. Fifty cards is $80 and 100 cards is $140. If you're interested, the deadline for ordering is December 10.
