Awww, fresh air, crisp air. We're finally getting a little Fall without fires and smoke and although it seems like Winter is rapidly approaching (snow on the hills already), I plan to soak up every minute I can. Also, after having asked for snowshoes each year for more years than I can remember, I decided I'm just buying my own. Plan to keep the outdoor activity up even after the snow flies. Hopefully these views will last for quite a while longer, but if not, I'll be ready. Get outside wherever you are. Look up. Look out. Listen. You might just love what you hear.

Little sneak peek of a session I did this afternoon. We had to reschedule twice because of the smoke. It paid off when this morning dawned to actual sun and some fairly clear skies. Let's hope it continues!
I've shot Logan more times than anyone else (well, tied with his sister.) Several family and holiday sessions over the years and now he's a senior preparing to enter the Air Force upon graduation. Always makes me happy to hear plans that include military service. I grew up around the military lifestyle and I'm so grateful for those men and women who serve on our behalf. "Aim high" Logan!
Indie and went out to Sleepy Hollow Nursery, between Wenatchee and Cashmere, and picked blueberries. They have a u-pick farm and while the berries are always good, this year they were the biggest berries I've ever seen. The diameter of quarters and as big as cherries. And, as always, so sweet. I can't get enough blueberries this summer.
The Wenatchee High School Drama department is just about ready for their Spring performance of School House Rock Live. Going to be a fun, silly, happy musical and definitely worth catching! I do the design for all their marketing/advertising materials and it's always fun to have a sneak peek of what they're up to. Don't miss it! Tickets available right now at Pak-it-Rite.
